From Geopolitics to Grid Attacks —I Decode How, When, and Why Our Adversaries Target U.S. Critical Infrastructure.
I created Fides Consulting Services in June 2025 after I retired from the federal government. I have over 32 years of federal government experience in strategic intelligence, including strategic and intelligence planning, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Counterintelligence (CI) operations and planning, and intelligence support to critical infrastructure protection for senior military and civilian decision makers at the NORAD & Northern Command (N&NC).
A Career in Intelligence and Operations
I served over three decades in the Intelligence Community, delivering strategic intelligence at the national-level and for NORAD & U.S. Northern Command. During my career, I served in the US Embassy in Lima, Peru and directed HUMINT operations in support of U.S. military forces in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. My last five years I served at NORAD & Northern Command, focusing on cyber operations and the protection of U.S. critical infrastructure primarily against nation-state threats.

Continued Service and Expertise
I served my last tour in the federal government as a Senior Intelligence Officer at the N&NC J2, focusing on cyber threat intelligence and critical infrastructure protection (2020-2025). I also serve as a critical infrastructure protection SME at the United States Air Force Academy’s Homeland Defense Institute. Additionally, I serve as an adjunct faculty member at Tulane University.
My affiliations with HDI and Tulane equip me with cutting-edge research on asymmetric threats to U.S. critical infrastructure, enabling clients to adopt military-grade, predictive strategies against nation-state attacks.
